Suzanne Boswell is ideally suited to conduct your board meeting, or team retreat.  She is a highly skilled meeting facilitator and works closely with clients to understand the needs of the group as well as your desired outcomes.  

Every retreat is different - every group has different needs and certainly has a unique mix of people.  Your team may be highly cohesive or you may be experiencing growing pains.  Your board or team may require a facilitator to help build bridges or to equitably manage discussion of contentious issues.  Suzanne will conduct a needs analysis in advance of the meeting to understand the culture of the organization.  Before the meeting she will work with you to determine the ideal direction for the meeting.  In many cases she conducts a survey of participants to ascertain prevailing attitudes and to uncover unspoken concerns. 

The entire process prior to the retreat or meeting is a highly customized one.  Leadership will find that the pre-meeting process can be as beneficial as the retreat itself. The typical pre-retreat steps entail:

• Telephone meeting to discuss goals of the retreat and timeline before and during the meeting.
• Suzanne will provide a proposal and fee quote based on the information provided by the prospective client.
• Agreement is completed by client
• Meeting materials and participant information is provided to Suzanne by client
• Telephone consult(s) further define goals
• Survey may be conducted with participants
• Survey results are shared with client
• Outline of retreat is proposed by Suzanne and agenda is created
• Handouts are provided to client for duplication prior to retreat
